I am a person who works as a customer serves in a company, today i am in a pretty bad mood, so it is with all these days since so many things happened in these days. i feel like my whole world is falling down, all things go wrong which results in customer complaint about my bad serves.but i insist it is not my problem, i did what i can to them, but just the result not so ideal. i still can't realize my mistake till my manager asked for a talk with me. analyse this customer complaint, i suddenly realize how foolish i am at that time, how dare i say those words to my dear customer, maybe it isn't my fault,but i should have explained to them patiently rather than express myself all the time unclearly.
After my manager's analyse, i suddenly find she the one who can guide me in my life, every thought from her is so comperhensive, so reasonable. thought i realize my problem, but no regret medicine in the world, the only thing can do is to change myself, let them feel my enthusiasm serves in the future, i will never let the same thing happen again.
with my experience, let me share my sincerely thoughts with you on working as a CSR, we should keep each customer in our mind every time, stand at their side to think every thing comperhensively , one words "customer is the Godness"will always be right .
